Cheeseburger Cavalry Triple Launch

On 7 March we will be taking part in the Left Handed Giant Cheeseburger Cavalry Triple Launch. Cheeseburger Cavalry alongside Slider & Double Cheese is a set produced to show the full breadth of two of LHG’s favourite hops.

Slider – 5.5% (Keg)
West Coast Pale with Citra and Mosaic
The little sibling of Cheeseburger Cavalry.
Crushable & bitter with a round texture from a simple grist of Golden Promise & golden oats. Two-stage dry-hopping has focussed on the bright citrus & berry character of both hops.

Cheeseburger Cavalry – 6.9% (Keg)
IPA with Citra and Mosaic
LHG’s favourite IPA rides again.
There’s some whole leaf Citra, a small liquid addition of both varieties, with a full charge of T90 & Cryo, for a ripe juicy aroma & a welcome hum of pine.

Double Cheese – 8.4% (Keykeg)
Hazy DIPA with Citra and Mosaic
A blend of wheat & oats gives a full, creamy texture. Double-centrifuged for a clean interaction between hops & beer, at a total of 30g/L across whirlpool & dry-hop. Heavy additions of liquid mosaic highlight its sticky, stone-fruit character.
