Save the date for our next meet the brewer event…. a long overdue visit from the geniuses at Brass Castle Brewery, showcasing a range of their beer, some familiar some special and rare editions that you won’t see again!

Bad Kitty A 5.5% chewy chocolate-vanilla dream of a porter. Multiple award winner, Champion Beer of Britain finalist 2019. Brewed to a gluten free recipe.

Fruit Lupe Centennial & Clementine 4.8% single-hop pale ale matched up with fruit to complement the hop. Centennial hops being super-citrussy and slightly floral, we’ve paired this version up with clementine, giving delicate orangey character throughout with minimal bitter bite. Brewed to a gluten free recipe.

Gordon’s Alive 5.3% DDH pale, packed full of Citra & Mosaic hops, giving juicy mango, guava, passionfruit and pineapple, and citrus, with a hint of blueberry. Brewed to a gluten free recipe.

Blue Bell IPA 4.5% Session IPA brewed especially for legendary York pub the Blue Bell, generously hopped with Citra, Comet & Chinook. Upfront citrus fruit, and a moreish dry finish. Brewed to a gluten free recipe.

Misfit Centennial & Cascade, Misfit is Brass Castle’s 4.3% rolling hop-swap beer, showcasing various hop pairings. Two hop varieties packed with floral aroma, backed up with juicy citrus, and earthy pine in the finish. Brewed to a gluten free recipe.

Disruptor A devilishly drinkable 7.4% hazy New England IPA. Hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Citra for big fruit aroma and maximum juiciness. Brewed to a gluten free recipe.

Meet Me Underwater a red IPA with seaweed. Locally harvested sugar kelp give savoury flavours, topped with punchy Mosaic & Sabro cryo hops, all layered upon a rich ruby malt back bone in this 6.5% vegan surf & turf in beer form. Certified Gluten Free.

Carnival The result of Brass Castle’s 2022 IWCBD, their all-girl team took a 9.0% classic Belgian Blonde recipe, infused orange & Amarillo hops, and finished with champagne yeast, to give a Bière Brut with deep complex layers of flavour and aroma, including clove, banana, pear and orange. Brewed to a gluten free recipe.

Pilsen Thrills A 3.9% light pilsner-style lager, dry hopped with Celeia for subtle fresh lemon character, and a crisp, clean finish. Brewed to a gluten free recipe.

Hoptical Illusion A 4.3% hop-forward pale ale bursting with citrus, pine, and tropical fruit notes. Certified Gluten Free.
