Today Grace and Duncan got up at the crack of dawn and headed up to Torrside Brewery in the stunning setting of New Mills Marina in Derbyshire to brew a collaboration..
This is the second time Grace and Duncan have brewed with Torrside, in 2022 they brewed Ottoman Emperor Turkish Delight Imperial Stout there in a three way collaboration with Torrside and Emperor’s Brewery.
Today’s beer is a Cherry and Vanilla Imperial Stout, with Sorachi Ace hops to give a hint of coconut. It will make its debut at the Shrewsbury Beer Festival alongside Wiff Waff, the Pancreatic Cancer Action charity beer, which Grace and Duncan brewed at Tom’s Tap and Brewhouse in Crewe last week.
