Two Beer Events on 20 October

We have two beer centred events on 20 October. The launch of Wilderness X The Bailey Head How Did I Get Here? and Turning Point Disco Kingdom.

How Did I Get Here?

Back in June Duncan went to Wilderness Brewery in Newtown to collaboration brew a beer he has wanted to brew for about 10 years; a Beetroot Saison with Bramling Cross hops. He wanted earthy, spicy and tart.

Several other breweries had offered to collaborate on this over the years, but having Wilderness who specialise in farmhouse styles just down the road in Newtown was the ideal brewer to collaborate with.

How Did I Get Here? has delivered perfectly on what we were aiming for.

Turning Point Disco Kingdom

Turning Point have been experimenting with their flagship pale and we will have a night of four different versions on from when we open at Noon.

1. Disco King 5.1% juicy big American hop pale in cask.
2. Disco Down Under 5.1% the usual hop bill is replaced by Australian and New Zealand equivalents in cask.
3. Disco Mango has a huge Mango puree addition, Keykeg
4. Disco Flux 7.5% DIPOA version first brewed 5 years ago, Keykeg.
