Gin Menu

Dyfi Pollination Foraged botanicals including wild flowers, aromatic leaves and conifer tips from the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve extending from the Snowdonia foothills, through the Dyfi Forest and down to the estuary marshlands. Pollination can’t be created all year round and in order to ensure sustainabiliy production is very limited. Each bottle is hand signed and lot numbered. £4.00

Dyfi Hibernation The botanicals foraged for Hibernation are influenced by the later season and include wild crab apples, blackberries, bilberries and lingonberries. After distillation the gin is aged in fully seasoned white port casks. £4.00

Merywen From the smallest Welsh distillery. Hand-crafted in small batches. Merywen is the welsh word for juniper berries, the principle flavour of gin which can be found growing wild in protected areas of North Wales. Botanicals including eithin (gorse) and grug (heather) are hand-picked from the blossoming hedgerows that surround the rural distillery. £3.50

Shropshire Spirit Co Salopian No1 Strawberries and Raspberries from Shropshire are combined with Juniper berries and 2 secret ingredients to create a botanical mix that results in a smooth tasting Gin full of fruity freshness. Created here in Shropshire in our small Alembic Pot still in hand labelled batches of up to 40 bottles. £3.50

Dà Mhile Organic Seaweed This Welsh gin was launched on 1st of March 2014 (St David’s Day) this seaweed gin is made with a cut-down, hand selected variant of botanicals added to our small batch gin. It is infused with handpicked seaweed from the Celtic coast for three weeks, giving it a lovely light green hue before being triple filtered and bottled. £3.50

Dà Mhile Organic Farmhouse Botanical Artisan farmhouse gin made with 18 botanicals. The nose is subtle fresh rose petals, then spice and a hint of juniper. The initial palate is floral with bitter, fresh notes of dandelion and peppery cloves. £3.50

Thomas Dakin This is a delicious juniper-led gin with a savoury, spicy twist. Notes of sweet orange and citrus are enlivened by an infusion of red cole (horseradish), which gives this gin its distinctive character. £3.50

Monkey 47 Black Forest gin distilled from 47 predominantly unusual but regional botanicals such as lingonberries and blended with natural spring water. £3.50

Geranium Exquisite London Dry Gin made with actual geranium, a fantastically aromatic plant. Very unusual, distinctive and utterly delicious. £3.50

Gin Mare Mediterranean gin flavoured with four principal botanicals: basil, thyme, rosemary and, most unusual of all, the Arbequina olive. Alongside juniper, cardamom and citrus, these different botanicals create a strangely arresting gin. £3.50

Humphrey Bogart Small batch from California. Distilled with Italian juniper berries, vine ripened cucumber, coriander, lavender, macademia nuts, and citrus zest. £3.50

Martin Miller Distilled in the heart of England, Martin Miller’s Gin is then blended to strength using Icelandic spring water. Why? because it is simply the best water in the world for the purpose. It’s Icelandic water that gives this multi award winning gin it’s soft mouth feel and gentle bouquet. A gin often imitated, but never equalled. £3.50

The Botanist A progressive exploration of the botanical heritage of the Isle of Islay. Twenty Two hand foraged local botanicals delicately augment nine berries, barks, seeds and peels during an achingly slow distillation. £3.50

Cotswolds Dry Gin A delicate blend of nine different botanicals. A maceration of juniper, coriander and angelica root is left for 12 hours in pure wheat spirit before Cotswold lavender is added with bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper and cardamom seeds in a bespoke Holstein pot still. £3.50

Caorunn A small batch, quadruple-distilled Scottish Gin, every bottle is personally crafted by one man. Using only the finest pure grain spirit, natural Scottish Water and 11 botanical gin ingredients. £3.50

Gabriel Boudier Saffron The result of an alliance between Great Britain for its London Dry Gin, India for its spice and French know-how. This original product with exotic notes is manufactured entirely at Dijon. £2.50

Shropshire Gin Co Tiger Distilled using pure English water blended with the finest quality botanicals, spices and grain that is carefully selected and sourced each season from the best harvests around the world. £2.50

Chase Williams Elegant Unlike most other gins, where a neutral grain spirit is simply redistilled, Elegant Gin is created by first pressing bioganic cider apples from Chase’s 300 year old orchards, fermenting the juice into cider, then distilling into Naked Chase Apple Vodka. Hops, elderflower, juniper, Bramley apples and angelica, plus secret wild botanicals are then added in the gin still. £2.50

Chase Pink Grapefruit Using Chase GB gin as the base spirit, slowly infused with a delicate range of eight botanicals including; juniper, orange peel, liquorice, elderflower and bitter almond before finally being distilled with pink grapefruit and pomelo peels. £2.50

Brecon From Penderyn Distillery, a big traditional juniper gin laced with coriander and revealing hints of spicy cinnamon. Add a mixer and the citrus freshness of oranges and lemons appear with nutmeg, liquorice and angelica in a supporting role. £2.50

Edinburgh Rhubarb and Ginger Gin Liquer Tangy spring rhubarb is macerated in oriental ginger and a twist of lemon zest before being infused with pure Edinburgh Gin. This provides a glorious depth of flavour. £2.50

Warner Edwards Victoria’s Rhubarb Just enough sugar to balance out the acidity from the rhubarb, producing a spirit with plenty of sweetness and some subtle, enjoyably sour notes eminate from the rhubarb. £2.50

Greenalls Wild Berry Greenall’s Wild Berry is inspired by the blackberries growing in English hedgerows. Combined with raspberries, these blackberries are infused with our award winning Original London Dry Gin. £2.50

New York Spirit Co Dorothy Parker All the botanicals play their part in this gin. The palate of hibiscus petals appear prominent, but not at the expense of juniper. This is still very much a proper gin. The spiciness of cinnamon spiciness develops wonderfully. £2.50

Hoxton A medley of natural and ethically sourced ingredients including coconut, grapefruit, juniper, iris, tarragon and ginger. These are macerated for five days before a single distillation in 150 year old copper pot stills to obtain the perfect concentration. £2.50

Jinzu Jinzu is a Scottish made gin with a Japanese flavour. Cherry blossom and yuzu are used as botanical ingredients and then Junmai sake is blended with the finished gin. £2.50
Portobello Road No 171 A classical botanical selection with cassia bark and nutmeg contrives a London Dry Gin with a big depth of flavour. £2.50

Rock Rose This very northerly gin from Caithness features an alluring botanical selection including locally harvested rhodiola rosea, rowan berries, sea blackthorn, blueberries, verbena, coriander seed, cardamom and juniper. £2.50

Tann’s Spanish gin made from nine botanicals and added herbs, exhibits the aromas and flavors of juniper, coriander, cucumber, rose petals, cardamom, mandarin peel, orange blossom, lemon peel, liquorice and raspberry. £2.50

Gin Lane Pink A pink gin which harks back to the Victorian era with its style and flavour. Made by infusing the gin with bitters, giving it a good kick of spice £2.50

Juniper Green Organic Gluten free, vegan. Dry, Aromatic, Zestful and Organic. With natural botanicals grown under the demanding requirements of the Soil Association distilled in traditional Gin stills. £2.50

Opihr A London Dry Gin made with botanicals from along the traditional spice route that led back to the UK. Indonesian Cubeb berries, Indian black pepper and Moroccan coriander are all used in this gin. £2.50

Whitley Neill Small Batch A London Dry Gin made with African botanicals including extracts from the Baobab Tree (known as the Tree of Life) and Physalis fruit. It’s made in a one-hundred-year-old copper pot still! £2.50

Nelson’s Made in Staffordshire with the distinctive botanicals of kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, vanilla and cinnamon. £2.50

Bulldog Contains 12 botanicals. The 5 main ones are Lotus Leaves, Lavender, Liquorice, Poppy and Dragon Eye which is a cousin of the Lychee fruit and an aphrodisiac £2.50

Bloom A London Dry Gin with a totally unique slightly sweet taste created by a bespoke blend of 3 botanicals: honeysuckle, chamomile and pomelo. £2.50

Zuidam Genever Young Grain Genever or Dutch style sweet gin is a full bodied, malt-based spirit. It is a decidedly different taste then the more familiar dry gins from England. The unique flavours and aromas of Zuidam Genever come from the finest, most natural imported botanicals, spices & herbs from around the world. £2.50

Blackwoods 2012 Vintage Dry Shetland botanicals are infused with juniper and coriander, plus other botanicals including lime, to give our dry gin its unique and complex flavour. £2.50

Tanqueray Export Strength Export strength London dry gin made from premium botanicals and distilled four times for a distinctive, crisp taste. The traditional connoisseur’s all-time fave, boasting a higher percentage of juniper than any other gin. £2.50

Plymouth Original Distilled using the same blend of six exotic botanicals, soft Dartmoor water and pure grain alcohol since 1793. The botanicals used to create this mutli award winning gin include Juniper, coriander, orange peel, lemon peel, cardamom, angelica root and orris root. £2.50

Hayman’s Sloe Wild hand-picked sloe berries and a type of wild plum. The sugary plum notes define the gin. The sloe berries are gently steeped for several months with Hayman’s Gin before being blended with natural sugars. £2.50

Gordon’s Elderflower Refreshing Gordon’s London Dry gin is combined with the delicate taste of elderflower for a delicious twist on a great British classic. £2.50

Gordon’s Cucumber Refreshing Gordon’s London Dry gin is combined with the delicate taste of cucumber to deliver a refreshing and invigorating flavour. £2.50

Gordon’s Special Dry London Gordon’s London Dry gin is carefully distilled using a secret recipe. The distinctively refreshing taste comes from the finest handpicked juniper berries and a selection of other botanicals. £2.50

Adnams East Coast Single Malt Made with 100% East Anglian malted Barley – the same used in Adnams beer – Adnams East Coast Single Malt Vodka is crisp and pure with a smooth, soft finish. £2.50

Chase Handmade Vodka Created in its entirety – from seed to bottle – on Chase’s Herefordshire family farm, this is a vodka of exquisite quality and with true provenance. Voted the World’s Best Vodka at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition. £2.50

Luksosowa Polish Vodka Exceptionally smooth luxury Polish potato vodka. £2.50

Celtic Poteen Made in Anglesey to an old family recipe dating from the end of the 19th century, this is a combination of spirit distilled from root vegetables and grains. £2.50

Chase English Oak Smoked Vodka Chase leave water from their borehole in the smokehouse until it picks up a delicate smoked flavour, then blend it with their award winning vodka to achieve a sweet, smoky finish. £2.50

Toffoc Lovingly made in Anglesey, Toffoc is a careful blend of just triple distilled vodka and specially selected, quality toffees. It is not a full strength vodka however, it is more a liqueur at just 27.5% abv. £2.50

Chase Marmalade Vodka Chase Vodka with a twist: marinated with marmalade and ribbons of peel from Seville oranges, then distilled again with orange peel from Valencia. £2.50

Chase Rhubarb Vodka Herefordshire grown rhubarb is stewed then distilled into Chase Vodka, before fresh rhubarb is added for that distinctive pink tint. £2.50

Rum Menu

Don Papa Don Papa is a premium aged small batch rum from the isle of Negros Occidental, the Philippines. Distilled from some of the finest sugar cane in the world, Don Papa is first aged 7 years in oak barrels in the foothills of Mount Kanlaon before being blended to perfection. £3.50

Salopian Strawberry Rum Salopian Strawberry Rum is a White Rum made here in Shropshire from sugar cane molasses and Strawberries. Fermented together for up to a week before being put through the still, collected and bottled this British white rum is distinctive. The copper pot still retains the depth of flavour that molasses provide but is smoothed out by the Strawberries. £2.50

Havana Club Añejo 7 Años The first Cuban extra aged rum that showed the world that rum could be drunk neat as well as enjoyed in cocktails. It has an intense and complex aroma, with a palate of honey, vanilla, chocolate, cocoa, sweet tobacco, dry fruits and spicy notes. £2.50

Goslings 80 Proof Bermuda Black Seal Today, unlike most spirits, Black Seal includes products of both pot stills, as used in fine Cognacs, and continuous stills, as used in grappa. One imparts flavour, the other yields a subtle elegance. Together they work wonders. Gosling’s Black Seal has a rich, intricate flavour, well balanced and nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. £2.50

Appleton Special Jamaica Appleton Special is a fine, medium-bodied golden rum, made up of full-flavoured traditional pot still rums and lighter character modern column still rums. £2.50

Cockspur Cockspur is a hugely popular rum in the Caribbean, where it is widely drunk, particularly on its home island of Barbados. £2.50

Mount Gay Mount Gay is the oldest, most storied, most nuanced rum in the world. Our unique double-spot distillation process came to Barbados with the first merchant ships and is the source of our rum’s distinctive aromatic character since 1703. £2.50

The Kraken Plenty of nutty, vanilla and coffee aromas are deliciously supported by the spicy palate and a long, peppery finish. The base rum used in Kraken is from Trinidad and Tobago, distilled from molasses made from local sugar cane. Gluten free, vegan. £2.50

Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold A secret recipe of adventurous spice & natural flavours that are expertly blended with fine Caribbean rum – then aged in charred white oak barrels £2.50

Haig Club Clubman Haig Club Clubman inherits the same bold and progressive spirit as Haig Club Icon.
